See a doctor.
Slow down and build up slowly.

It is possible, but time consuming, to get into *excellent* physical
condition without ever getting tired, winded, or sore.

Hi

Like Mike said: "Slow down"

The problem is often that the mind tells to go at a certain rate which is much too great for a newcomer to exercise. Learn to do what your body tells you. If that is go at snail's pace - so be it. That is where you start. Once you can actually walk slowly for a time each day then you can start to get faster little by little. Don't rush the build up. Over time you will improve on what you can do now.

Concentrate on doing, not on how fast you can do it. Speed will come.
