i maintain a fairly good diet.
but in my quest for a six pack i try to cut back on fat. however, when i do
this i find that im rarely satisfied after a meal. i also find that i need
to eat a steak and about 16 packets of rice to feel full, compared to one
steak with the fat left on and about 2 cups of rice.
any suggestions on cutting out fat and yet still feeling full? or should i
juts continue eating the fat?

Get used to not feeling so full. You need to cut the calories to maintain a
caloric deficit and thereby reducing your bodyfat.

Most people these days have more success losing bodyfat by cutting out
carbs than by cutting out fat. Fat is very satisfying and there is
simply no connection between dietary fat and the fat around your middle.
