Post subject: New here- have a question

Hey, im 17 years old and i constantly eat wheat, whole grains, etc kind of food. so basically i have been constantly eating yogurt, high-protein cereals, and protein bars/shakes for the past year. is this going to stunt my grown because im not taking in enough fat? i do take in fat, but in pretty small amounts, because of the types of food i eat. i also eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. just wondering if there is any key to maintaining proper growth while still being fit. thanks
