I am a beginner in the world of fitness.Trying to get back to excercise
after a shoulder injury last year in football. I have some creatin
supplements (Cyclone) to help build up muscles again, and have some
caplets (Stacker 2) to help burn some of the "puppy" fat ive gained
over the last few months. I am heading to the gym every sunday and
thursday where I do a mixture of resistance and cardio training. I also
play football every tuesday. Is there any products you recommend, or
any paticular excercises you believe would help. Im looking to work on
my stomach, arms, and general fitness. Any help would be gratiously
appreciated!!!

The trick isn't in a bottle of 'supplements' but in how much intensity
you put into it. Your emphasis seems wrong to me. Instead of worrying
about how to buy the body you wish, you need to focus on how to work
hard to get there.

Those images you see which you wish you were like often use illegal
drugs, but ALL of them, and I mean ALL of them, work like crazy. Do
likewise and you'll realize your potential.

I would recommend these particular exercises if you want to get strong:
deadlift, squat, bench and incline press, pullup, pulldown, dips, power
clean, clean and press, overhead press, dumbell rows.

It is weird to me that you are a beginner and you are immediately
looking to pills to solve your problems. Working hard is a better way
in my opinion. You say that you play futbol, do that more and it
should help your fat loss. If you want to waste your time you could go
to the gym and just work your arms. As a beginner compound exercises
like the ones I mentioned are the way to get stronger and fitter. As a
beginner I also feel like you should be able to get substantial gains
without consuming much more than a healthy diet and maybe some standard
whey protein if you consistently put in a good effort at the gym around
2 or 3 times a week.

Good luck,
James

No amount of exercise will get you the physique you want and take off
that 'puppy fat' until you correct your daily nutrition. Look at that
first and foremost if you want to get leaner.

Thanks for the help. I just thought some of the proteins would help me
get back to fitness quickly.Im aiming to play for my university team
again in september. Ive had a look at my diet, and although i already
eat very healthy ive decided to cut out any fast food.Usually id have a
fast food meal once a fortnight but its now out the window. Also snacky
foods which I eat from time to time are out too, gonna eat some Veg
instead and try to just eat 3 meals a day.

I wouldn't rule out healthy snacks to keep your body fueled. I would
agree that avoiding fast foods would be a good idea. When I eat fast
foods I notice that they make me feel lethargic soon afterward. As I
mentioned whey protein smoothies are a good thing to drink sometimes
after workouts. Since you are a beginner you should get back to
fitness quickly if you put in some effort. I would personally save
exoticAre you jogging at all? I am assuming that you are not playing
American football but are playing futbol (soccer, here in the US for
some reason). Assuming that you are playing futbol it would be good
for you to run quite a bit since you are not really looking to get
bulky from lifting and you mentioned losing some excess fat and gaining
fitness.

Good Luck,
James

Proteins such as whey are NOT supplements like Cyclone. One is good -
one a waste of money.

(I got distracted during my previous post and didn't end this
sentence.)
