Here's an idea for getting more bang out of your morning or evening
walk: carry some dumbells and pump them as you go. In 2002 I created
a
non-commercial web site to extoll the virtues of my exercise routine,
complete with quicktime movies showing how I do it.
theres no benefit i see from walking with weights...if they are light
enough to carry around the only thing they are going to stress is your
joints as they move on the end of a pivot...drop the weights ,walk
faster for more results or get a real weight training program going
with some weight that does some good and results in some actual muscle
growth..but dont try to cut corners and do both together.
