I'm curious about those of you who have benches for a few years and then quit. My chest has gotten a little bigger in this time frame and I don't want to form bitch.

Squat vs Leg Press - I used to do leg press pushing the weights up but it started hurting my waist area. I did squats today. It seems like I get a lot more burn with leg press than squats. Squats seem to really pressure the knees. Are standing leg presses better? How do I..

I have been batting quite consistently on your behalf, and a number of
others have also been supportive, so don't write us all off just

[....}

you're question was answered at least a couple of times - there is a range
of motion for several muscle groups - so that is obvious that those muscles
are being worked - like traps, back, legs, glutes, hams etc - where is your
difficulty?

Here we have another example of PS's talents, where he accuses yet

Gloves slightly increase the effective diameter of the bar, so it'd be
the other way 'round if grip were the limiting factor in that lift.

Brief one line answers occured at about post # 50.
Prior to then just a lot of self absorbed waffle about posting
etiquette.

This is a superficial answer. You dont even scratch the surface.
"range of motion for several muscle groups" "obvious that those
muscle groups are being worked" ???

Hah!

My guess is you cant answer it.

Including the relationship with her child. If its a boy growing up
without a father then he has a worthless life ahead of him - a Rodney

I thought you would have put Nicholas right about your background Elzi
darling, given that he has quite clearly got it wrong.

Those of us that know you well, are aware that you are descended from
a German intellectual/aesthete and an American Indian Chief (cos
you're always telling us), on respective sides of the family.

Your physical appearance may confuse some, but then there is nothing
'ordinary' about you, is there my dear? ;o)

I did some research Charles. Her father is Chief Broken Heart - which fits
the whole picture doesn't it?
