Post subject: Do you cross train?

I run around 30 mpw, and do a few sessions of yoga and weights a week as well.

I've been wondering about adding some other cardio into my routine to work different muscles, and then read an article at HerActiveLife.com about the importance of cross training.

I was wondering if anyone had good resources, info, or advice on cross training - how important is it, the benefits, the downsides, etc...
