exercises using weights - I'm 10 years old and would like to use the weights for regular exercises at home. Can any one suggest an which are the ideal weights to be used for the above exercises.

recommend a protein powder - price isn't a huge concern, I'd just like something that tastes good and is relatively easy to mix suggestions?
