How about usnic acid? Isn't that a more mild uncoupler?

Wow. That is a chronicle of impressively retarded behaviour.

I'm not seriously advocating DNP - although it most definitely does work -
but if i was, i'd suggesting starting with a low dose, pretty much
homeopathic, then increasing it until you started to get effects, and
stopping at a level which you were comfortable with, from a personal and
literature point of view. I certainly wouldn't go in at a dose that's half
the lethal dose and then increase it.

When I need to cut fat I cut calories. And like Omelet said, maintain an
active lifestyle! You won't need to run on the hamster wheel.

this has all been informative;

So, if I don't want to use fat burners, what is a good way to reduce
body fat percent? I workout but don't do aerobics, I suppose I need
to add running or something, but I hate to run, and so probably wont.

A lot of people mix weights and traditional cardio, seem to work for
them. I prefer strength training plus strength/endurance training - no
need for traditional cardio at least for me. My resting pulse is in the
40's, about the same as when I was a 20+ miles a week runner.
