Post subject: body toning??

Hi! I am 31, a mother of 2 and have manage to slim down in less than 4 mths for both my pregnancies. I realise some parts of my body have become flabby eventhough none of my friends agree (or too polite to do so). I do aerobics, kickboxing n simple yoga once awhile when i can find time.Need to know what type of exercise and routine I have to follow to tone my body up. please advice. thank you for reading.. Wink

Hi amelia,
just saw your post, well done on slimming down...keeping up the aerobics/kickboxing/yoga will definatley help you continue this and help you to tone up.

You need to incorporate some weights into your training. It doesn't need t be too heavy, but enough to make you work.

there are lots of weight exercises that could help you tone up are, here are some:
squats
lunges
presses
rows

You can also not use weights, but build your core muscles using fitness balls and doing sit ups, press ups etc.

If your unfamiliar with these exercises, its best to ask an instructor to show you the correct way of doing it.

good luck
