Hi! I am 31, a mother of 2 and have manage to slim down in less than 4 mths for both my pregnancies. I realise some parts of my body have become flabby eventhough none of my friends agree (or too polite to do so). I do aerobics, kickboxing n simple yoga once awhile when i can find time.Need to know what type of exercise and routine I have to follow to tone my body up. please advice. thank you for reading..
