This is what I've been doing for a weight workout, three times a week;

I start out with ~5 minutes of cardio to warm-up

Then the following;

Leg Press
Straight Leg Deadlifts
Leg Extensions
Lat Pulldown
Bench Press
Calf Raises
Shoulder Press
Bicep Curls

Then crunches and maybe one other ab exercise

Then another ~5 minutes of cardio to cool down

Does that look pretty good? Would you add or take away anything?
Change the order of the exercises?

You can eliminate all of the leg exercises if you do real squats
instead. 3-5 sets. I would add the seated row as well. Looks ok
otherwise.
