A ball or any inflatable pillow plus a simple belt or strap can be used in
the exercises they advised. (Physiotherapists use these exercises among many
others for recovery after leg or hip operations).
Against back pain the best one can do is strengthening the core of their
body. Everything else is blabla. Strengthening the hip muscles as described
in the link does not hurt, but is far from enough.
No money is required, but a lot of effort! Learning the exercises and do it
frequently.
Easier to through money out of the window and convince itself something
important had been done, lol.

Hi guys,
I just wanted to let you know that I have discovered this amazingly
simple device called the Backchamp. It basically stops your back pain
by allowing you to re-align your own pelvis really quickly and easily.
(Apparently most back pain is caused by the pelvis misaligning)...
I had been suffering from terrible low back pain for years. Sometimes
it was so bad, I struggled to get out of bed or brush my teeth etc...
I saw all kinds of people - doctors, osteopaths, chiropractors etc, but
nothing helped for very much or for very long.
But then a friend told me about this new device called the 'Backchamp'.
I bought one (costs around £79 / $140 ) and it has totally transformed
my life! Seriously! In less than a week my back pain just stopped. I
couldn't believe it. And now I just don't get pain anymore. And that's
after more than 10 years!
So if you have back pain you must check it out at
www.backchamp.com
Good luck and let me know how you get on!
Jimmy
