I haven't posted here in ages but do read up every now and then, and
thought some of the regulars I do know might be interested in what I'm
up to now. Doing my first strongman contest April 1 as a lightweight
(231). Here's a recent stone session, the green one is 226 and the grey
is 328 - sadly we don't have anything in between although I am getting
the materials together to make a ~275 lb stone.
If anyone with stone lifting experience or knowledge has form feedback,
I'd be glad to hear it...

Where are you getting those materials? Somebody locally (Jackal's?)
used to sell the molds but I can't find them.

A local guy had a plastics fabricator make up some molds. Only up to
18" which equates to a 240-250 pound stone, so I need to figure out a
way to suspend some lead fishing weights in the middle of a stone while
it cures.
Slater stones (not sure about the stones part of the official name)
makes the most highly regarded molds out there, but they aren't cheap. >> Stay informed about: atlas stone lifting video |

Yep. I found their link from Jackal's site:

That's pretty good work there. Your hips are going up a bit too
fast there. Maybe get your forearms underneath the stones more.
I did a SM contest almost 2 yrs ago. I think a 240 lb stone with
a 4 ft podium was the hardest I had to do. I could have used more
SM training. I only trained with SM implements 3 or 4 times. I
did stuff in the gym (push presses, 18 in DLs, DB farmer's walks).
Good luck with your SM Contest!

Here's an article that tells how to make your own atlas stone molds
with fiberglass. As an added bonus it talks about using a net full of
lead weights suspended from some fishing line to make a heavier stone.
Pretty interesting stuff...

I am 65 years old male from USA and have been suffering from ED since
10 years. I have taken lots of drugs for liver disease and other
problems during the same period for about 10 years that may have caused
cause the impotence. I have heard of ED drugs like Viagra and Cialis.
Does anyone know anything about it or have you ever used it? I am very
much curious to know about them. Thanks to anyone who might know
something about Viagra and Cialis and shares what they know. Also let
me know about some online pharmacy to buy these. I have heard about

You REALLY have to be careful when letting that thing fall back to the
ground. Can you imagine what it would do to your foot? OUCH!
