Swimming vs. Running - I was thinking about swimming for aerobic activity but I recently heard that swimming is not very aerobic. Is that true? Is runnng better? What about for overall fitness? Any help would be great!

Am trying to rig a leg harness or strap to a small pool so that stationery
breast stoke can be performed. Pool is only 3 meters long. Anyone got any
ideas?

Eye hook on pool wall, Thera-tubing to a climbing harness, possibly with
shoulder straps.

Lots of pool shops sell such devices. If you are in Sydney, I can direct you
to some.

thanks Peter - am in Bris - local pool shop didn;t know but then it was the
casual sunday staff - will check around tomorrow as thought it might have
been 'water aerobics' suppliers if there is such a thing
