These seem to have almost the identical ingredients as the Body For Life
bars. Any opinions on these? Thanks.

Not even OK as a meal replacement? Chit, Wal Mart has them 14 bars for $10.

ProMax Bars taste best, if you have to have protein in it.

Otherwise, Snickers Bars.

Forget the "Fresh-food" Nazi, these are a fine supplement & only 2 points.
High in protein & low in fat, they even TASTE GOOD (Not mealy like some of
the others).

These were recommended by my physician as an answer to mid morning food
requirement when "Real" food wasn't readily available.
