Well green tea is so good along with running. But I think I must tell you about these drops and injections what I got from prohcgdiet.com . They were very effective for me in losing weight.

Always Eat small frequent meals help to balance your calorie along with that keeps your blood sugar level balanced.

Did you guys also have heard about Glucogen?
A hormon for the weight loss. I just heard about it from blog walking.
Did anybody tried it?
