It's a great place to look at and buy workouts videos/dvds. Everyone of the
workouts has been done by someone on the staff then reviewed.
And you can see short clips of the workouts on the website. And they have
good customer service. I've been buying stuff from them since about 1995.
They have stuff you can't find in stores from instructors who are not well
known, and you have infomertial stuff.
Another website you can look at in Video Fitness. They have a forum for
consumers to talk about video workouts, and reviews of all sorts of
workouts.
