In an earlier post, from about a month or so ago, somebody alluded to
the fact that many people come here, ask a question or seek advice, and
then are never heard from again.
Well anyway, after my hiking was done for the year (so I thought), I
persisted in walking every day, or at least almost every day, and even
managed to get another 5 mile, 1600' hike in last Saturday. As of this
morning, I'm below 230 for the first time since the year 2000.
Since August 24th, I've now lost 30.5lbs, and I'm weighing in at an
even 229 right now. I still have a long way to go, but my eyes are on
a shorter-term goal of getting down below 200 right now, with a
long-term goal of eventually reaching 160 or so.
Wish me continued success!
- Chris

Indeed I do. And have a pleasant time doing it, too. Feels good,
I'll bet.

Often taunted by trout. Almost entirely harmless. Really.
