Treadmill needed for old man

I need to find a treadmill for my 78 year old frail
father.

He will only walk. He weighs ~200 lbs. It needs to be
sturdy and have good handrails, as he has balance issues.

Any models that come to mind? Cost is the last consideration.

Consumer Reports has reviewed treadmills "recently". By that, I mean
this year or last year. You can find copies of CR in a public library.
