My English is bad, I don't know what Nordic Track means, is a
machinery for improve your aerobic condition, isn't it? Well, I am an
old man in body-building and fitness, I am 46 years old and 25 in
work-out. I leave in Romania, and I see, everybody wants to earn a
penny. Nothing bed in this, but, by the way, we all are human( or we
should be). On short, whay doesn't you walk out with your children?
It couldn't be so freazen or too hot! You could improve your condition
making this, and also your relation with your children. You could
choose to walk just five minutes for begining. If you will do this for
one weeks, your period will increase- ten minutes, twenty...one hour
or less/ daily. When you will get used with the efort, you will carry
some weight (1killo, 2 killo and so on). What can I say?Nobody will
fallow your advices, and maybe it's better to shut up (a friend of
mine, psychologist tell me this).
Your friend (not psychologist), Ilie Andrei.
