Went for a walk, did some running, cleaned up the house. Food wise started good..ended back. Need to get a hold on that.
Meal 1 - pb toast, milk, coffee
Meal 2 - chicken cashew, white rice, egg roll
Meal 3 - pb sandwich, milk
Meal 4 - baked chicken, spanish rice, hominy, green beans, cottage cheese
Meal 5 - iced animal cookies

Didn't do my walking..did more housework instead.
Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - white rice, chicken cashew, general tso
Meal 3 - pb sandwich, milk
Meal 4 - grilled boneless pork chops, mac cheese, peas, corn, asparagus, milk
Meal 5 - iced animal cookies

Did my version of hiit..power walked to the park, walked around the park, power walked back. My legs were feeling it when I got home and my knees hurt last night but when I woke it, I was fine.
Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - turkey sandwich w/spicy mustard, diet pop
Meal 3 - pb sandwich, milk
Meal 4 - cheesy pasta bake

3 laps around the park...about 2.4 something miles. Food was good..xcept maybe for the chips...
