3 loads of laundry put up, one more in the dryer. Swept the laundry room. Starting the bathroom. Still need to do the kitchen and sweep 2 rooms.

Tonight is my son's b-day party at the rink, so it's not going to be good food wise but I'll make the best of it.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - yogurt
Meal 3 - bbq cheese bacon chicken, peas, green beans, milk
Meal 4 - protein drink

Finished everything except for cleaning off the stove. Party went well...didn't go overboard but had enough to fill me up.

It flew out the window, being good that is. Jesus why do I do this to myself?

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - 2 coffee stick cookies
Meal 3 - subway sandwich (subway club, no cheese)
Meal 4 - trail mix
Meal 5 - fruit and nut granola bar, 6 triscuits w/jalapeno cheese
Meal 6 - smoked chicken (no skin), corn, green beans, roll, moosetracks ice cream in waffle cone, unsweetned tea

Did much better today only because I'm home and not out w/m&d. I know that sounds mean but it seems to be the truth. Today's been busy..2 loads of laundry, froze 8 bags or so of corn, 6 bags or so of green beans and reloaded a computer. Still have some housework to do but needed to get that computer done.

Lately I've turned to food for comfort... Sad Need to nip that in the bud before it gets out of hand.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk

Meal 3 - pb sandwich

Meal 4 - cheese and crackers (6 triscuits)

Sunday was not good but worked my butt off cleaning.

Monday was better... Very Happy

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - porkchop, baked beans, cottage cheese, diet pop
Meal 3 - pasta, cottage cheese, milk
Meal 4 - chicken pot pie (supper was hamburger helper..thought it was better choice)
