I beleive you should weigh yourself the same time each day to get a
better idea of how your fat percentage is trending. And I believe this
is supposed to be in the evening, maybe an hour or so after your last
meal.
In the morning my fat percentage is always higher. In the evening it
is lower. In the morning I weigh less -- in the evening more ... so,
like you, I weight more than once a day. I don't see this as a
character flaw despite what some might say.
In the morning you will be more dehydrated than you are in the
evening. This is why the fat percentages differ.
It's been a while since I've read my Tanita manual, but I believe the
evening weighing is the suggested method my the manufacturer. (This is
not a RTFM snipe ... just a way of explaining my opinion regarding the
scale. Sometimes it helps to qualify your thoughts here in MFW.)
