hey guys,
I would like to find out your opinion regarding Tae bo and reviews. What was the average weight loss when the program training was used. Something you liked or are there better alternatives.

I recently ordered the DVD's but not so sure I will see the results that I am striving for. So any input would be appreciated.

Thank you.

I started doing Billy Blanks - Mission 1 - Getting Started. I like that one and it's good for beginners. Just don't get frustrated like I did because it will take little bit to catch on.
