Stir fry's are great for low carbing. The only starch in this one was
the arrowroot powder used to thicken it.

That was the one I made yesterday.

Sauteed beef strips, jumbo shrimp, fresh sliced mushrooms and chopped
asparagus, arranged on a bed of baby spinach leaves and topped with a
light sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds. Flavorings were fresh grated
ginger root, granulated garlic, shitake mushroom powder, dried lemon
peel and kikoman teryaki.

Just about any fresh vegetable or meat can be used in stir fry to create
hundreds of variation so one does not get bored.
