Hello

This is my first message!

First I thought it was the stationary bike. After working out several
years - my butt would hurt from time to time. Not the muscle - the
tailbone - right by the above the sphincter. About 12 weeks ago I
switched to the Elliptial (Cross) Trainer and it hurts even worse
afterwards. It is also difficult to bend over.

I went to the Doctor about 2 weeks ago thinking it was a prostate
problem - but after a few days rest, it got bettter. Now I started up
again - and the pain is back. I never thought it could be related to
the Cross Trainer (no sitting!).

I have no special problems/pain going number 1 or number 2.

Male 41.....decent shape.

Anybody else?

Over training?

Thanks for your input.

Cheers
John

How Does it Work

Herbal Phentermine is an advanced, metabolism booster, appetite
suppressantfat burner and energy enhancer...all in one. With Herbal
Phentermine, there are no more starvation diets, dangerous drugs or
difficult exercises. It works throughout day and night

The non-prescription Herbal Phentermine contains thermogenic
ingredients which support an exclusive, all-natural nutritional
supplement which includes:

L-Carnitine
Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC) helps in fatty acid oxidation - helping users
burn unwanted body fat. Fatty acids are the key energy sources the body
uses, and oxidation is the process by which they're broken down to
create energy.

The key role of L-Carnitine is to transport fatty acids across the
mitochondra membrane to allow for oxidation of the fats.

L-Carnitine helps in weight loss and fat burning, It plays an important
role in energy production; It transports long-chain fatty acids into
the mitochondra to metabolize and generate energy; Enhances cellular
energy in the brain; Improves mental performance; Helps slow the
effects of aging; Helps prevent cataracts; Decreases symptoms of
depression; Used to support all bodily functions that have a height
energy demand.

Green Tea
"Better to be deprived of food for three days, then tea for one."
(Ancient Chinese Proverb) To sum up, here are just a few medical
conditions in which green tea is reputed to be helpful: weight control,
cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, high cholesterol levels, cardiovascular
disease, infection, and impaired immune function.

Green tea is rich in catechin polyphenols, particularly
epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). EGCG is a powerful anti-oxidant:
besides inhibiting the growth of cancer cells, it kills cancer cells
without harming healthy tissue. It has also been effective in lowering
LDL cholesterol levels, and inhibiting the abnormal formation of blood
clots.

The latter takes on added importance when you consider that thrombosis
(the formation of abnormal blood clots) is the leading cause of heart
attacks and stroke.

Camellia Sinensis
Camellia Sinesis activates the central nervous system, which may
enhance the body's ability to burn calories and unwanted fat cells
through the Thermogenic process.

The phenol groups in Camellia Sinensis are extremely active, easily
able to capture and neutralize free radicals and other pro-oxidants.
Researchers have found that Camellia Sinensis is over 200 times more
powerful than vitamin E in neutralizing pro-oxidants and free radicals
that attack lipids (oils and fats).

Camellia Sinensis is also 20 times more potent than vitamin E in
reducing the formation of dangerous and potentially mutagenic peroxides
that form in rancid fats and lard.

Alpha Lipoic Acid
Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) helps in producing energy. It plays a crucial
role in the mitochondria, the energy-producing structures in cells. The
body actually makes enough ALA for these basic metabolic functions
http://www.herbal-weightloss.gordoniihoodiapills.com/howdoesitwork.php
..

This compound acts as an antioxidant, however, only when there is an
excess of it and it is in the "free" state in the cells. But there is
little free ALA circulating in your body, unless you consume
supplements or get it injected. Foods contain only tiny amounts of it.
What makes ALA special as an antioxidant is its versatility-it helps
deactivate an unusually wide array of cell-damaging free radicals in
many bodily systems.

Bioperine and Piper Nigrum
Bioperine and Piper Nigrum enhances the bioavailibility of certain
supplements through increased absorption. In other words, when combined
with Bioperine, numerios vitamins, minerals, amino acids and anti
oxidants are more effeciently absorbed and utilized in the body.

Because of its ability to create enhanced and more efficient means of
nutrient transportation into the bloodstream, Bioperine may have a
positive effect on thermogenisis, which would lead to an elevated
metabolism.

Notwithstanding, Bioperine and Piper Nigrum's real, proven value is in
it's ability to enhance the absorption of various nutrients which is
the main benefit it provides to any fat burner compilation.

Biotin
Part of the vitamin B-complex; Biotin is also known as vitamin H.
Biotin helps to maintain a healthy nervous system, helps promote energy
production, good for hair (prevents greying and baldness) and healthy
skin.

Biotin is necessary for both metabolism and growth in humans,
particularly with reference to production of fatty acids, antibodies,
digestive enzymes, and in niacin (vitamin B-3) metabolism.

Hi S

Thanks for your comments.

Actually i have recently reduced my workout to cardio only - in an
effort to save time.
In the past most of my workouts lasted over 2 hours (including thorough
stretching before/after). I'll add a few weight training exercises and
report!

Up and throughout my 20s, I was quite active in sports. However after
seveal years of knee problems - it was excellent to hop on the
elliptical trainer and have the closest thing to painless
running/jogging. Hope to start jogging again in Spring 07.

Cheers
John

There are muscles in the area in which you're sore. Perhaps some
strength training focused on your lower back might help. I am not a
doctor and even if I was, internet diagnosis is not possible. It is
good to keep in mind that quite often discomfort that originates in the
spine can seem to be elsewhere due to pressure on nerves.

A comprehensive program that includes joint mobility and strength
training is a wise addition to your program, and it has been my
experience that the older you are, the more important joint health and
strength training becomes and the less important aerobic training is,
all other things being equal.

Just my opinion.

Many athletes with a run/bike/swim background, as well as many sedentary
adults, find that somewhere in middle age, they start to lose muscle.
In my case, it started happening around age 40. Working with weights
has proven a tremendous boon to my overall conditioning, and I manage to
start in excellent cardiovascular heath with almost no traditional
cardio - see the web site below my name for more information on my own
training. Mind you, I'm not big at 150 lbs., but I feel much better
than when all I did was run, bike and swim.

Good luck to you.
