Just remember to alternate them and not try to do both at
the same time. After the first few months of beginner gains,
it won't work and you'll be stuck.

For most, that's a little too much too build much muscle on.
Good for losing fat though.

Well, primarily price. I doubt very much that anyone who
eats a normal diet really needs protein powder, but for those
who have a hard time eating regularly, it may help. Go for
the cheapest, in any case.

Ummm, no. Not as such. What creatine does is increase
(slightly, for some people, not everybody) their anaerobic
work capacity. While you're "creatine loaded" you will have
a little more strength and a little more muscle endurance.
This may help getting through tough workouts. For
competitive athletes, it provides a good edge. Not everybody
responds to creatine, so it may be useless to some people.
It also binds a lot of water, so you can expect a weight gain
of a few pounds. This will be mostly in the muscles, so they
will look fuller, which many will consider a good thing.

Steroids and amphetamine, but I'd prefer not to go that route.
