Diet. But you might find that your key lifts suffer a bit. Like your
deadlift, for example, you might not be able to pull the same weight.

That depends on how you diet. I have dropped up to 16 pounds over 3 months
and hit the best lifts of my life. For me low carbs but not no carbs, what
carbs I did eat were early in the day, lots of packaged protein to get all
the protein I needed while trimming calories. 6 small meals a day, and
increased my vegatable and grain consumption, worked like a charm.

When dropping weight, I think most 3-lift PL'ers find their bench
suffers most, their squat second, and their DL the least. I've only
ever been in one weight class so I couldn't say from personal
experience.

But 6-pick abs - we have a lottery in my area called Pick 6. Maybe if
you win the lottery, you get the abs. . .

Do the actually have a class for your . . .uh . . . weight?

I was just pointing out he might have difficulty maintaining that 50 lb
deadlift he's worked so hard to achieve.
