What I can offer is anecdotal and of cheerleading value. Just visited
his site after Rippetoe's site was mentioned in the other thread
(elsewhere in MFW).
The squat poster shows perfect form for squats and the text (pdfs for
pages 16 and 19) dismisses the myth of knee injuries resulting from
squatting.
I've done full squats since age 15 and have never suffered from a knee
injury due to that exercise or going /ass to grass/ in the movement.
Looks like a good read packed with common sense training advice.

Allow me to clarify. I wear a kilt, that's roughly knee length. You
wear a mini skirt, it is barely "testicle high", in your case that'd
be "raisinet high", since the roids shriveled your balls up. >> Stay informed about: Rippetoe's Book Starting Strength |

I believe that is a pair of Groucho Marx glasses you are wearing under

For supper I had fish dicks (I knew you like stix replaced with
dicks), mac and chees, and fresh broccoli from the farm. All wasted.

I don't care where, just as long as it's not at the school cafeteria. >> Stay informed about: Rippetoe's Book Starting Strength |

And this you're proud of? To be funnier than Kenny Banyan? Oy!

Banyan was actually pretty funny, only Slimefelt thought he was a
dork. Banyan even got hotter babes than Slimefelt, and got better gigs
too!

Pre-packed salads contain more chemicals and preservatives than most
labs have. >> Stay informed about: Rippetoe's Book Starting Strength |
