Post subject: Recumbent exercise machine question
Archived from groups: misc>fitness>weights (more info?)

I am looking for a good recumbent stepper exercise machine for my
aerobic workout. I actually bought the Cardio Cruiser (Body by Jake)
and I loved it but when I turned the resistance up, the machine
actually broke (one of the steel arms attached to a foot petal
cracked). They sent me a new one under warranty and the same thing
happened again--a steel arm cracked.

I loved the simultaneous upper and lower body workout of that machine.
I don't like the pedaling motion of recumbent bikes and I don't like
the elliptical and treadmill because they make my feet hurt.

Does anyone know of a machine that is similar to the Cardio Cruiser but
is of high quality and won't break when I turn up the resistance? The
Cardio Cruiser would be perfect if it was good quality. I've seen a
few other machines online that look like they might be similar to the
Cardio Cruiser, but they are very pricy. I'll spend the money if I
have to, though.

Any help in finding the right machine would be much appreciated.

Thanks a lot,
Norman
