He tells you what to do and why, and they invariably work for me, so I'd say they were "actually any good". And the first time I read "shills for Lyle" I thought "he's new here, isn't he?" But you could probably find the info you want online if you do a lot of digging. If you can actually follow simple directions, Lyle's version of the PSMF work's great. And, yes, the reviews were written by, as has been pointed out, his flankies. Buy the book. Don't try to obtain all the details on his forum.
