Archived from groups: misc>fitness>aerobic (more info?)

Are women interested in having a personal trainer come to their
home and train them? Would you feel more comfortable with this as
opposed to going to a gym and hiring a personal trainer there?

About me:
My site: http://NewStartFitness.com I am a NSCA-Certified Personal
Trainer from MA. My focus is on helping women of all ages improve their
fitness level and diet, lose weight and build and tone muscle. I design
clients exercise programs and work with them to change their fitness
level, wellness, diet and appearance.

I setup appointments in clients homes or at a local gym. I cover the
Merrimack Valley area North of Boston including Methuen, Haverhill,
Andover, Dracut, etc. as well as the Southern New Hampshire area
including Salem, Pelham, Windham, etc.
