I’ve been reading a lot about Bodybuilding supplement products as well as vyotech. I have been lifting for about two years steadily and am now ready for a good supplement. Permanence of gains is key. Once again I greatly appreciate any help for supplement suggestions.

Throttle Matrix is a great energy supplement. It’s pretty cheap compared to others and does give a noticeable energy burst. I have been looking for a natural energy supplement like this for a long time! I love taking the product around the 2 O’ clock drag at work. I find that it helps me think clearly & react faster which I can attribute to the increased blood flow, Not only that, but I am going to add it to my workout regimen. They do a lot of research and development and recently added a new product myomale 2012. You can find more information at their site http://www.myochem.com.
Hope this helps.

Anyone here use Matt Furey's "system"? - I need to get back in shape, but don't have any room for equipment (except, maybe, an exercycle.) Was looking at Matt Furey's stuff, and wondering if it offers anything promising. Anyone here use it? Any feedback is welcome. Thanks, Dave
