I'm positive I've figured out why I sometimes experience syncope and
why I pop ribs out of place. It's from heavy deadlifts with my hands
placed too far in on the bar. I popped two ribs out of place Friday
while deadlifting 505. I hadn't done any back squatting for two
months except for last Mondays light 5X5 @225 in which I experienced
no pain at all. This Monday I damned near passed out from the pain
with 245 but the weight was like not having anything at all on my back
as far as strength was concerned.
I think this is also why I get my bouts of syncope. There is
something cut off by my upper arms pressing against my rib cage while
doing sumo deadlifts with my arms close together. So, I'm planning on
dropping sumo for a while and going strictly conventional from here on
out. >> Stay informed about: Passing out during deadlifts and rib problems explained |

True. But I hate the way you have to stuff the money down their g-string -
you would think they would have a more civilized way - like if you could
bank the money direct to their bank account or something like that. >> Stay informed about: Passing out during deadlifts and rib problems explained |

It's an interesting idea (to run the card through the slut) - I guess it if
the card fails it would given new meaning to 'my credit stinks' >> Stay informed about: Passing out during deadlifts and rib problems explained |
