Hi all!
does anybody know the weight of the stable bar that is attached to the
machine? there is a free bar, the olympic bar, which i know weighs
forty five pounds.

but what does the other one weigh? i have searched on the net and have
come up with anywhere from ten to twenty two pounds.....but nothing
conclusive.

the model serial number is: 888107.

i would like to know the exact weight i am pressing and not just guess
at it.

thanks in advance if anyone knows. if not, next step is to call
Parabody. myraide

"You'll get a better workout using freeweights. There is less of a
chance for
injury, too. Smith machines are notorious for causing injuries""
Cite please?

Studies indication such vs free weights.

Much appreciated, thanks.

Oh dear. Not real clear on the subtleties of female anatomy, are you?
That's not the only thing the pelvic floor muscles are for. See, when a
woman gets to be my age, she needs to keep up the Kegels just so she
doesn't piss herself when she sneezes.

Well, unless your noggin has suddenly sprouted some hair, Jay Emm, you
might wanna invest in a Martian Manhunter t-shirt or, maybe, Lex
Luthor. Heck, you could even try the goateed Green Arrow (he wears a
hat). How's yer archery?

But Frank Castle? No.

Yeah, he punishes his wee-one every night, and day, and afternoon, and
before breakfast, and before lunch, and before...well you get the
idea.

Hey, I put the cheesy webcam to good use on Saturday night. I got all
tarted up to go out with some friends and before I left I captured one
of those rare "SJ in a dress and wearing makeup" moments.
