Manual for Lifestyler 3100 treadmill?

I bought a used one cheap. It's a bit noisy but perfectly functional,
and the price was definitely right. It would be great to read the
manual, so if you have access to a copy I'd be grateful for a Xerox or

Also if you have any tricks, tips or techniques for a new treadmill
user that would be great. I'm reading the archives here and getting
some good stuff from past discussions.

Every time I do a search for this treadmill Sears name pops up.
Maybe give there parts department a call.
