Yes. It's interesting that we have to pay thru the nose for plastic
surgery. Criminals in jail can get it for free.

Honestly, I don't play Boggle but do have it on a disk somewhere. I
picked it up at Staples or another big box office supplies store for
$9.99, iirc. I know it's a box game with a cup and dice, too, right? I
love Scrabble, though.

Not familiar with Boggle. I bet there's an online version.

(Googles)

http://weboggle.shackworks.com/
http://www.games2download.com/free-board-games/boggle.htm
http://www.boardgamecentral.com/games/boggle.html
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boggle

I love most any word game.

With the help of some friends, I even have my own word game online at
http://iam.bmezine.com/?curt - which is a pay site, but inexpensive at
only ten bucks for six months, I think. Mostly for people interested
in bodyart, but there's a big cross-section of people and
personalities.

We named the game Switch. It's easy to play and may already be
available in some other form. Basically you take a word and then
switch, add, or subtract letters to make another word. No scoring
involved. Visitors participate simply for fun.

Example:

switch
sTitch
sCOtch
scRAtch
craYON
yonDER
yodeL
CoVe
cAve
cRave
craveN
raven
ravenOUS

Etc., etc.

That's a bad example because I didn't switch (other than by addition
and subtraction) any letters, but players do scramble letters to make
a new word. Rules are very flexible in Switch. Surprised)

Anywhoo.

Do you play it?
I tended to beat everyone all the time at that one. I have a skill for
patterns. <G>

And 3 letter word scores can add up quickly if you get enough of them!

Boggle is a good party game. One nice thing about it is that the cube
does not limit the number of players.

Neither does scrabble if you mix enough sets. <eg>

Boggle is awesome.
Follow the yellow brick road. Wink

Similar to Boggle, but the letters have to be touching in the matrix.
I'll have to remember to take one to the next New Years Eve party along
with the caviar cheese rolls.

That game of yours would be more challenging if the letter count had to
stay the same. Just an observation. Wink
Too close to add on words in scrabble otherwise.

I always did love adding an "s" to a high score word. I tend to hoard
S's!

Smacks your opponent around a bit. ;-D

Word games are always fun.
It's why pun wars are a blast on the gun lists.

Oh hell, there is a pun in that last sentence. Wink

I love adding the s to the word and simultaneously creating another
word on the horizontal or vertical.

Thanks for the Switch suggestion, but I suspect the game will stay the
same.

Word games are always good.

It's why I enjoy pun wars. The English slanguage is good for that!
