| Weight ranges for various exercises - Is there a web site that shows typical weight ranges for various exercises for various types of people and ages? For example, for squats, bench presses, various rows and flys, how much weight should a a person use and aim for? I would guess..
is this ok for a beginning weight workout? - This is what I've been doing for a weight workout, three times a week; I start out with ~5 minutes of cardio to warm-up Then the Leg Press Straight Leg Deadlifts Leg Lat Pulldown Bench Press Calf Raises Shoulder Press Bicep Curls ..

Why that'd be my grandmother on my mother's side, of course. She had a
delightful sense of humor but was certainly not one to chase attention.
In fact, she considered that type as "big feelish." If my brother and I
