Hey everyone:

Currently I am around 13% body fat and my goal is to reach 7%. I know how
long it takes to lose weight, but I am wondering how long I can expect to
drop 6 of my body fat. Now I know it is impossible to guess exactly how long
it will take (so, please, save all the sarcasm and/or the desire to jump
down my throat), but know I am watching what I eat and following a 3 day a
week lifting and two day a week aerobic schedule. I am also 6'4 and weigh
195 pounds. So if anyone has a rough estimate/idea so I can give myself a
timeframe to shoot for, I would appreciate it.

Greg

Think in these terms: each percentage point will become exponentially
more difficult. Seven percent is pretty low. See how long it takes
you to get to 10%, then evaluate your goals in terms of what I just
wrote.
