| I have some loose fat around my waist area. (most of my fat in other areas
is toned and firm) but around my waist I find it wobbles a little. Does
anyone have any idea on how I could tighten up loose fat?
Please genuine replies only, thanks

Just another comment - I have been told that I should do some resistance
exercise and also something called 'cardio' - resistance exercises I know
builds muscle but I am only interested to "firm up" - also if I do weights I
DO NOT want to look huge like Arnold - any thoughts or advice?

I've read articles about how hard it is for some guys to lose "love
handles".
If you are otherwise trim, slim and fit and you just have a "stubborn
area", liposuction is one option.

A few words of warning courtesy of country music icon Kenny Rogers and
the Weekly World News (or some other tabloid-type newspaper):
Somethingsomething the fat has to go SOMEWHERE. Rogers apparently had
lipo to remove those aforementioned "love handles" however failed to
restrict or alter his diet after taking that action. And, yes, since
the fat truly has to go somewhere, and since those fat cells had been
sucked away from his love handle zone, he began to deposit fat around
his pecs and found himself with some mightymighty man boobs as a
result.
That is, at least, if you believe the tabloids or equally suspect
schtufff you read in Usenet. ;o)

Man, those paint fumes are REALLY doing a number on me. David, excuse

tiny fan or something pointing AWAY from my cubicle. For the love of

maybe 'settle' is the wrong word - you know the concept of 'visceral' as in
'abdominal visceral fat'? That kind of 'settles' in a particular area, no?

Now the bad news . . .Curt sorry to be the one to have to inform you but the
cubicle goes. It must be torn down as that area we decided needs to be a
guest waiting room - the other day we had a customer for the first time in
weeks and she left before we could show her the 'time share' deal because
she had no where to sit and of course you were too busy to look after her.
We'll get you a bigger and better one but just as soon as business picks up
a little - meantime we have a little stool for you near the bathroom out the
back by the rubbish bins.

No, I didn't see it.
Sorry.

Can I at least get a clipboard? And maybe some Post-its?

David, the janitor took my hat.

Not that I'm complaining, but at my salary, well, a buck twenty-nine

Okay, okay! I can buy my own tape, but can I at least cut squares from
the pile of scrap copier paper to create my own make-shift Post-its?

Yes, the sacrifice is apparent.

Um, David, I saw your flight itinerary. Remember, you sent me for
Starbucks? I returned to the office, walked through the new waiting
room, and then deposited your Grande Triple Mocha Frappachino Latte on
your DESK in your OFFICE on my way back to my stool by the rubbish
bins.
But I am NOT BITTER!!!
Anyway, about your itinerary, David. A six-month-long "business junket"
to the Caribbean in lieu of a 'round the world cruise' isn't what I'd
call much of a sacrifice. Yeah, endless white sand expanses and
exquisite turquoise waters. Oh, my heart bleeds for you, you suffering
bastard.
See you in July, pal. Bring back some duty-free Post-it notes, maybe?

Yes, the used coffee filter doilies were an eye opener.

I drove my own car, David! Between gas and parking, I had to shell out,
actually.
