I do not have access to machines or chinup bars, or anywhere to put
the bars. What are the best LAT exercises using only dumbells,
barbells, and a bench? Currently I am doing bent-over rows and dumbell
rows.

Those two are good, just don't jerk the weight up. Raise it
fast, hold at the top, then lower it slowly; no momentum.
Another good exercise for the lats is the pullover. Lie across
the bench (right angle) and lower the bar behind the head and
raise it back up. Straight arm (slight bend) or bent (90
degrees).
