I just saw Tommy Kono today at the gym and told him you are interested
in his new book.

He told me that the cost of the book will be $30 plus $8 shipping to
Canada. You can send him an email at tkono at lava dot net and he will
let you know when the book will be available (estimate around
Christmas).
