Today, I worked out for a half an hour - 20 mins on elliptical, 10 on the treadmill at 10.0 incline and 4mph. No weights today as I did them yesterday.

Food so far:

B: 2 GoLean waffles, no syrup
S: handful goldfish crackers
L: 1/8 of a frozen pizza (not sure how big they are, but I can guarantee you I could have eaten the whole thing. LOL )
S: Snack Wells snack pack

IMHO, I would either have the goldfish crackers or the snack pack but not both in one day.

On the upside...what was for supper?

I had a chicken and pasta dish from Green Giant. It was 270 cals, 5g fat, 15g protein. And it was good!

I entered my food intake into sparkpeople.com and it came out to less than 1000 cals for the day. I haven't been eating as much as I should, I know, but I'm just not hungry.

Just try the best you can with the food. Sometimes it's hard to get the 5-6 meals in. When you are in the barn with the horses can you take a protein bar or a drink with you? There would be a meal right there.

Yeah, I usually do. I bring a protein bar and...well...I usually have a soda, unless it's before 11.30 lol

How about this...protein bar and water instead of bar and soda. Maybe a protein drink and a some fruit? Not sure what to have with the protein drink if anything.

Hmmm....I wonder if a Carnation Instant Breakfast would be an ok replacement for a protein drink. Confused

Don't know but I do know that at Walmart (at least at ours), in the aisle with the protein bars and drinks (in the vitamin aisle at ours), they have protein drinks for $5 (give or take)/4-pack, made by EAS, with about 17-19g of protein per drink. They have strawberry, chocoalte, and french vanilla flavor. I drink those when I don't have dishes done so I can make my oatmeal.
