Archived from groups: misc>fitness>weights (more info?)

Hello all -

getting back into working out again after having taken an extended
break. Have been working out regularly for about 4 weeks now at the
home gym. I have decided to get more free weights and equipment at
home which will hopefully enable me to be more regular in working out
and take away any excuse associated with physically going to a gym.

Anyhow, in looking at buying additional dumbbells, I came across a set
of charts around dumbbell based training - it's a set of 4 that's
selling on Amazon for about $25 - it's by Michael Jespersen. Anyone
here have experience with that? Any thoughts on whether or not it's
worth the money? I know it's not a huge amount of money, but I'd
rather not piss it away, if the charts aren't any good. I do like
working out with free weights and generally know of a bunch of good
dumbbell based exercises, but I figured having a few charts to hang on
my wall could be motivational and there may be new things in there for
me to try and incorporate into the routine.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Personally, i wouldn't buy them. I don't find things like that
motivational, and if i feel like trying new stuff, i have a look at these:

Or post on this group. Or just make something up!
