LMFAO!!!
They aren't very good at math according to this quote:
70% total fat on a calorie basis
31% saturated fat
7% polyunsaturated fat
25% monounsaturated fat
27% protein
3% carbohydrates (20 gm of which 3 gm or less is fiber).

This appears to be some sort of a joke to find out just HOW gullible
people can be.

They assert:
Exertion is bad for you because some people died. (They conveniently
left out how many people died young while NOT exercising, nor did they
mention that Jim Fixx outlived his father by ten years before succumbing
the the hereditary disease.)

They recommend a diet with 70% fat, 27% protein and 3% carbs. I'm
trying to figure out what that menu would look like. Liverwurst served
on salami slices? Bacon and sausage with pork rinds?

They recommend the 3% of carbs contain 20 grams of fiber. Well, I live
on 1600 calories a day, so 3% is 48 calories and at 3 calories a gram
that's 16 grams of carbs. Wish me luck getting 20 grams of fiber in
there.

Maybe Jebus wants me to buy metamucil.

Fuck, you're retarded. Notice the last word in the saturated,
polyunsaturated, and monounsaturated line? It's FAT. Put them together with
the other fats not listed and you have TOTAL FAT. That means there is 7% of
other fats to make up the TOTAL FAT. David, this guy is truly a FUCKTARD.

To be sure, someone might want to break it to them that 31+7+25 doesn't
equal 70.

Meat, poultry, fish....

Salad.

Steak and salad, maybe; nice rich dressing; buttery filet mignon....

Fiber's more like 1-2 calories a gram.

Romaine, cucumbers, onions, maybe a tomato... not so bad; plenty of oil
and vinegar dressing, to be sure.

You mean fats that aren't saturated, monounsaturated, or polyunsaturated?
