Hi guys,

Can you tell me what is the best way to do incline dumbbell press
to put more stress on the clavicular heads?

Some people say that in the lower position, it's best to keep the elbows
close to the torso. Others say to maintain an almost 90-degree angle.

I'm doing a 45-degree angle now (the same as I do with flats), but
it seems that I put more stress on deltoids and triceps than on the upper chest.

I would appreciate any tips on the form.

Thanks.

Everytime one of these idiots lays down, that qualifies.
