Those interested in Low Carb with High Fat are invited to join a moderated
Yahoo group
of like minded folk.

Susan Powter was wrong. I could have sold her books and tapes on eBay, but
I decided to toss them in the trash.

This Yahoo group has about 110 members and has recently had some good
interactive support.

Check out our Links section. There are links to info ranging from trans
fats to statin drugs. The links page can be reached from a link at the left
side of group homepage (above).

The Links and even the recent posts can be viewed without signing up.

I recommend the "Daily Digest" option, where Yahoo sends one email a day
with all of the posts in it.

Dave

(I decided to post this here because I have read that many muscle builders
do low carb.)
