There's a nice site which you can use to help you keep track of your health and sports activities:

It supports the Imperial system (if you're working in lbs, miles, etc.) and the Metric system (if you're working with Kgs, km, etc.).
I use it to track my BMI, fat-percent, weight and running-distance.
