Well you have pretty much got it right from the start. The key moving more (exercise) and eating less.
The only question mark I have with your good self is when you speak about 'eating right' Keep in mind that you can eat the healthiest food in the world, but the bottom line is if you do not eat
less calories that what you burn up in a day you will not lose fat.
My advice is to choose you healthy eating meal plan and exercise routine. Keep it consistent. If you are not losing your desired amount of weight, then start to slightly reduce your portion sizes.
There are many tricks you will learn along the way. Just be persistent, stick at it, and I gaurantee that when you achieve what you want in time... Life will be awesome
