Hi all,
I am 25 years old, 6' height and weight 204 lb
I want to reduce 20 lbs. I run in the morning but can not run more then 10
minutes as i feel totally exhausted after 10 or 13 minutes or running. I
used to do weights.
I heard that i should run atleast 30 minutes to loose weight. What should i
do to increase my stamina for running. I want to know if i should keep water
bottle with me while running or gatorade or something like that as my throat
gets dry a lot
Any good resources on the web to read about running, weight losing or diet
????

regards,
Jagdip

www.runnersworld.com has information on training for running. A program of
running/walking intervals might help in building your stamina.
alt.support.diet is a good newsgroup for weight loss information

I go out walking on most days and I carry weights with me. My routine
keeps me in pretty good shape. I made a web site to show off my
webmastering and to show off my routine and just what I do with the
weights. This is not a commercial, just shameless self-promotion.
Anyway, I'd be pleased if you'd check it out and let me know what you
think of it.
